Hi Suzana,

I just wrapped up the last sessions for 2022 with the two
masterminds that I host.

I start off every session by celebrating WINS. I realized this
was important a few years ago when I was in a coaching session
with a client who casually mentioned that his business had hit
$10,000,000 that morning and he was on to the next thing without
even taking a breath. "WHAAAAT!? You hit 10 million dollars
today?" I had to back that conversation up, we needed to stop
and acknowledge that huge win. HAPPY Dance!! ( Keep in mind he
was only at mid-six figures when he started coaching with me.)

But he is not the only one. As a high achiever, you are
hardwired to always move on to the next goal. You keep moving
the goal line as soon as you get close to it.

So in my masterminds, we celebrate your wins, the small, the big,
and the getting back up when you failed at something and it
didn't work. We celebrate and cheer everyone on.

As we finished 2022 some of the wins were:

* Tripled business
* Hit first 400k year
* Opened 2nd location
* Closed 2 HUGE real estate deals
* Hosted first two-day live event
* $15 million in sales with an amazing profit margin
* Launched their mastermind
* Took time off to go skiing( and had a new business idea)
* Launched a new group program
* Had difficult conversations that moved the business forward
* Created first marketing video
* Money mindset shift to ABUNDANCE
* Hired first employees
* Converted all of their VIP days into long-term clients
* Closed first enterprise sale
* Worked way less, almost double the revenue
* Featured 2 podcast interviews a month
* Increased rates by 45% ( including legacy clients)

And my favorite was when a client's 9-year-old daughter said " I
love it that you are here more now and are always here for
dinner"
