Hi Suzana,

WYDKYDK- What You Don't Know You Don't Know.... everyone has
blindspots that they aren't aware of and it costs you time and
money doing it the hard way.

When I talk to business owners who want to scale, they often have
preconceived ideas of what they need to do in order to scale
their business to the next level, Facebook ads, do more Reels,
get more leads, hire a team, add a funnel, redesign their
website.... but in most cases when I dig into their business,
the solution they have in mind is not the best ( or fastest)
solution to hit their goals or they may need to put other things
in place before implementing.
