Sync Salary data from Personio and BambooHR

To make connections with key integrations even stronger=2C we now have the=
 ability to sync salary data into the Leapsome platform from Personio and=
 BambooHR. This update allows for customers to seamlessly sync salary data=
 directly into their compensation review process.

Salary band management

Add salary and bonus bands within the levels defined in the development fr=
amework. This information can be accessed by proposers and approvers in th=
e Reward module to make sure that their proposals and final approvals are=
 within the range defined in the development framework.
Surveys

Survey invites via SMS

Admins can now input phone numbers into Leapsome and enable SMS notificati=
ons to enable employees to participate in surveys. A survey notification t=
riggered within the Leapsome platform will then go out to all employees vi=
a SMS who have a phone number but do not have an email address listed in L=
eapsome. This update is perfect for companies with a workforce that doesn=
=E2=80=99t have access to a computer but want to increase employee engagem=
ent.

Tenure filter in survey analytics

Survey owners can now get deeper insights into how tenure can change an em=
ployee's experience through the new tenure filter. This gives decision-mak=
ers across the organization insights into how different stages of growth w=
ithin the organization=2C which will ultimately help in retention.
Learning

Recurring learning paths

It is now possible to conduct recurring learning paths in Leapsome! It is=
 particularly relevant for regular compliance training (eg. GDPR=2C data p=
rotection=2C etc.) but also for any other knowledge that may need a refres=
her. Admins can choose the frequency of re-enrollment=2C which will then h=
appen automatically based on the completion date.

Open-ended questions & uploads

Make learning paths more hands-on and interactive through the use of open-=
ended questions. Unlocks more diverse use cases such as asking participant=
s to respond by uploading a file or by submitting an open-text response wh=
ich can then be reviewed & approved by the manager.
Meetings

Private notes section in meetings

All Leapsome users can now take completely private notes in the newly adde=
d 'Private Notes' section within the meeting for both 1:1s and team meetin=
gs. This reduces the need for separate apps to note down private feedback=
=2C and allows anyone to jot down relevant notes=2C feedback=2C or mark im=
portant conversations to follow up on.

Multi-layer nesting for teams

Highly relevant for organizations that have complex=2C multi-layer org str=
uctures=2C multi-layer team nesting helps to build highly flexible and sca=
lable organization structures within Leapsome with ease.

With this improvement=2C Admins can create any number of hierarchy levels=
