ning step to eliminate the need for the signing step altogether. Admins no=

 workflows based on specific requirements and preferences.

Review exports now provide all the necessary information in a user-friendl=

We've improved the user experience of the goals list=2C providing quick ac=

Survey visibility settings

Survey visibility settings have been updated with two key enhancements. Us=
ers can now define visibility for "all participants=2C" "all managers=2C"=
 "all team leads=2C" and "all HRBPs=2C" simplifying rule management at sca=
le. Additionally=2C when users are affected by multiple rules=2C access is=
 granted to the combined set of accessible users=2C scopes=2C and filters=
=2C with user-specific rules taking precedence. This update offers increas=

Support more informed performance analysis by giving users the ability to=

Action items dashboard

Users can now access all their action items from various meetings in one p=

The updated visibility options allow for more precise control including ma=
king custom attributes visible to all employees=2C restricting visibility=

pecific custom attributes=2C such as high-performer or work contract type=
=2C to managers. Managers can then utilize these attributes in filters acr=
