Previously=2C once surveys were kicked-off=2C admins could not add additio=
nal survey respondents (e.g. a new hire) to the survey cycle. Users who go=
t missed can now easily be added after survey kickoff.

Compensation

Multi-currency setup
Working in HR at an internationally operating company sooner or later brin=
gs the challenge of setting up one compensation program that spans multipl=
e countries and currencies.

To help out=2C Leapsome is now equipped with a multi-currency setup. This=
 allows admins to deploy a global compensation program.
At the time of setup=2C you pick the conversion rate and Leapsome takes it=
 from here.

Custom attributes in proposals and analytics page
We=E2=80=99re implementing the usage of custom attributes across the Leaps=
ome platform. Within the compensation module=2C comp proposals can now be=
 filtered by custom attributes=2C allowing you to shape Leapsome exactly t=
o your org workflows.

Custom attribute as input factor for bonus
Along with the theme of Leapsome adapting to your setup=2C you can now use=
 custom attributes as input factors for a bonus. For instance=2C a manager=
=E2=80=99s bonus could be triggered and calculated based on several goals=
=2C such as company revenue target=2C manager average score from reviews a=
nd a team goal.

Add share price in admin setting
Admins can now set a share price=2C to exactly calculate the total value c=
ompensation of an employee who partakes in a share or equity program and m=
ake better decisions on compensation changes.

Import historical compensation data
While Leapsome=E2=80=99s compensation module is the go-to place forward=2C=
 established companies often have a large amount of historical data on com=
pensation that they don=E2=80=99t want to lose. That=E2=80=99s why you can=
 now simply import any historical compensation data to ensure you keep the=
 full overview of an employee=E2=80=99s comp.

Q&A Boards

Multiple Q&A boards
Q&A boards are a great way to collect=2C upvote and answer (anonymous) que=
stions for townhall meetings=2C a strategy change=2C a new product initiat=
ive=2C etc. - because there are so many use cases=2C we have now added the=
 option to create multiple Q&A boards and flexibly share them with subgrou=
ps of your employees.

Pre-moderation Q&A boards
Leapsome=E2=80=99s Q&A boards are being used for a wide variety of interna=
l activities=2C such as questions to leadership or question about new stra=
tegies. You want to ensure only fair and topical questions can be submitte=
d. That=E2=80=99s why Leapsome offers now the option to pre-moderate quest=
ions by an admin before having the questions out for employees to vote on.

Q&A boards and Anonymous Suggestions move to =E2=80=98Home=E2=80=99
Previously you would find all company-level feedback=2C such as the Q&A bo=
ards and the Anonymous Suggestions=2C in the Instant Feedback module. It i=
s our aim to enable all employees to use anonymous suggestions independent=
ly of their company using instant feedback=2C so we now moved these two it=
ems to the Home section.

Platform

Impersonating users
No matter how good of a software rollout you do=2C there will always be a=
 few employees that need an extra hand or experience the occasional issue.=
 In these cases admins have to schedule virtual meetings with the users th=
at will then share their screen and a tedious bug hunt takes place.

Not anymore! Super admins can now request a temporary impersonation access=
 from users to access a view-only version of the user=E2=80=99s Leapsome e=
nvironment and quickly find the issue at hand. Among power users=2C this h=
as been one of the most requested features and we=E2=80=99re proud to fina=
lly share it with the world. Please note=2C during the impersonation time=
=2C super admins can see everything in the impersonated profile=2C with ex=
ception of the anonymous suggestions feature.

Filter flexibility
We have started to roll out additional filtering flexibility. In the setup=
 of review cycles and surveys you can now decide whether combined filters=
 should apply AND logic (all criteria need to match) vs. OR logic (any of=
 the filters need to apply).

Granular notification settings
Admins can now control the notification settings and decide to turn off sp=
ecific notifications or adjust through which channels these notifications=
 appear to the users.

Advanced team settings
To reduce clutter and long team lists=2C we added advanced team settings t=
hat allow admins to select precisely where custom groups of users are show=
n.

Cleaner admin settings
With Leapsome=E2=80=99s functionality growing tremendously over the last y=
ear=2C admins received more and more options in their settings to finetune=
 how their org is using Leapsome. Loving a tidy interface ourselves=2C we=
 cleaned up the admin settings and grouped detailed controls by module.

Greek language implementation
Leapsome is constantly growing=2C both in its platform capabilities and in=
 global reach. With Greek language implementation=2C we now offer the full=
 platform in 15 languages (https://leapsome.us16.list-manage.com/track/cli=

AI-powered Support
