My last company we did a total of $40M in sales.

I'm going to tell you what we did to get there ... it was tough, but maybe =
there might be some lessons here that you can learn and implement.

It all started with a sales connection. My sales guy took a call from a cur=
rent client of ours. Our client loved our product so much (Done for you Sho=
pify stores) that he wanted to white label it and resell it under a new bra=
nd. Not only that, but he loved my trainings that he also ended up resellin=
g all of that as well!

Long story short, it took us about 1 1/2 years to actually get everything i=
mplemented and running. It was a lot of video retakes / re-dos / training v=
ideos / etc. to achieving the final product.

We recruited the best sales people and gave them 20% commission to sell thi=
s product. We created a team of successful coaches that have personally mad=
e 6-7 figures in their business (with my trainings) and we had them coach o=
ur students.

We had this amazing well oiled machine where we were cranking out sales lef=
t and right!

I had a lot of fun and my vision to helping our students grew and grew even=
 more as I started seeing more and more students grow from 0 to $1M+ in the=
ir stores.

We then ended up disbanding the program after some time when markets have s=
hifted and then the team ended up doing their own things afterwards.

I took a lot of the knowledge that I've learned from that experience into b=
uilding systems and processes for my own company as well as our clients. Th=
e best part about this was seeing how some of my students went out and star=
ted building their own successful companies and some of them had their enti=
re lives changed.

When you start working towards more of a purpose than making money, the jou=
rney becomes more motivating and enjoyable. When I first started my entrepr=
eneurial journey back in 2008, it was for necessity. Fast forward to today,=
 building Stealth Agents is now more of a passion project.

I love seeing the lives of our agents have changed as well as the businesse=
