When Virtual Assistants are just starting their businesses=2C they believe=
 getting clients is the primary objective. And they=E2=80=99re right; gett=
ing clients will bring in revenue and allow them to reach their financial=
 goals. So it makes sense that they focus their time and energy on this.

To get clients=2C these new Virtual Assistants strategize how to educate s=
trangers about why they need a VA. They worry about their pitch=2C work on=
 their portfolios=2C and do endless Google searches to learn about choosin=
g an ideal client and cold-calling techniques. They also wonder if they sh=
ould look for work on social media=2C job posting websites=2C or join a se=
rvice like Upwork.

They treat getting clients like hunting: Stalking their =E2=80=9Cprey=E2=
=80=9D and trying to get hired.

This method of finding clients is exhausting and inefficient and almost al=
ways leads to feeling discouraged. VAs who look for work in this manner wo=
nder if making any money=2C much less a consistent income=2C is possible.

And that=E2=80=99s because they are ignoring one simple but important fact=
: A Virtual Assistant is the solution to someone=E2=80=99s problem.

There is plenty of work for Virtual Assistants=2C and plenty of people are=
 already looking for a VA. However=2C they don=E2=80=99t know about you be=
cause deep down inside=2C you think you have nothing to offer and are hesi=
tant to spread the word about your business.

You stay the best-kept secret=2C telling yourself you don=E2=80=99t know t=
he right people or enough people; that you=E2=80=99re shy or introverted;=
 or just not comfortable talking about yourself. And your business never g=
ets going or=2C worse=2C limps along while you wish something would change=
=2E

Imagine for a second that you knew the cure for cancer=2C and you didn=E2=
=80=99t tell anyone about it because you=E2=80=99re worried about what the=
y might think. That=E2=80=99s ridiculous=2C right? How many lives could yo=
u save if you had the courage to speak up=2C and how disappointed would yo=
ur friends=2C family=2C and community be to find out years later that you=
 had been sitting on a cure all this time and didn't tell anyone?

How many businesses could you help if you told everyone you know about you=
r work?

And how would your life change if you consistently earned $2K=2C $3K=2C or=
 $5K every month?

That=E2=80=99s not out of reach. But you have to open your mouth. Not sell=
=2C not convince. Just be willing to reach out and connect with the people=
 you know. Tell them what you=E2=80=99re up to.

When you do this=2C on any given day=2C someone you believe will never hir=
e you or are afraid to reach out to could refer you to your all-time favor=
ite client. If only they knew you were a VA.

New Virtual Assistants who haven=E2=80=99t experienced the joy and gratitu=
de expressed by a client they have helped believe that by getting hired=2C=
 the client is helping them. In fact=2C it=E2=80=99s the other way around.=
 You are the solution; go for it.

low them to reach their financial goals. So it makes sense that they focus=
 their time and energy on this.<br>

<strong>To get clients=2C these new Virtual Assistants strategize how to e=
ducate strangers about why they need a VA. </strong>They worry about their=
 pitch=2C work on their portfolios=2C and do endless Google searches to le=
arn about choosing an ideal client and cold-calling techniques. They also=
 wonder if they should look for work on social media=2C job posting websit=
es=2C or join a service like Upwork.<br>
<br>
<strong>They treat getting clients like hunting: Stalking their =E2=80=9Cp=
rey=E2=80=9D and trying to get hired.</strong><br>
<br>
This method of finding clients is exhausting and inefficient and almost al=
ways leads to feeling discouraged. VAs who look for work in this manner wo=
nder if making <em>any</em> money=2C much less a consistent income=2C is p=

And that=E2=80=99s because they are ignoring one simple but important fact=
: <strong>A Virtual Assistant is the solution to someone=E2=80=99s problem=

There is plenty of work for Virtual Assistants=2C and plenty of people are=
 already looking for a VA. However=2C they don=E2=80=99t know about you be=
cause deep down inside=2C you think you have nothing to offer and are hesi=
tant to spread the word about your business.<br>

You stay the best-kept secret=2C telling yourself you don=E2=80=99t know t=

y or introverted; or just not comfortable talking about yourself. And your=
 business never gets going or=2C worse=2C limps along while you wish somet=

=80=99re worried about what they might think.</em> That=E2=80=99s ridiculo=

 be to find out years later that you had been sitting on a cure all this t=

How many businesses could you help if you told everyone you know about you=
