Import historical survey data

Switching survey vendors can be challenging=2C especially when it comes to=
 preserving historical data. We=E2=80=99ve solved this problem by adding f=
unctionality to import historical survey data directly into our platform.=
 You can now transfer all your previous survey results=2C no matter which=
 vendor you used before=2C helping you easily migrate data without disrupt=
ions.

Notify survey owners 5 days before survey round

During recurring survey rounds=2C admins sometimes forget about scheduled=
 rounds=2C which can lead to surveys being sent out unintentionally. That=
=E2=80=99s why survey owners now receive a notification 5 days before each=
 round starts=2C allowing them to review and adjust settings as needed.

Core HR

Create custom analytics dashboard

Super admins must often create and manage multiple dashboards and reports=
 for their teams=E2=80=99 diverse needs. We=E2=80=99re excited to introduc=
e Custom Dashboards=2C which lets super admins create=2C duplicate=2C edit=
=2C and delete custom dashboards effortlessly. They can also add or remove=
 reports to match their organization=E2=80=99s requirements=2C providing f=
lexibility and control.

Workflows

New triggers: Absence start date=2C absence end date and level change

We have expanded the set of workflow triggers with absence start or end da=
tes. This feature is especially useful for managing specific absences (e.g=
=2E=2C parental leave) requiring additional steps or for keeping managers an=
d other relevant stakeholders informed about team absences. In addition=2C=
 you can now trigger workflows based on employee-level changes.

Workflow tab on employee profile

A new workflows tab has been added to employee profiles that displays all=
 workflows an employee is enrolled in=2C showing detailed information abou=
t steps=2C owners=2C and completion dates. This feature provides different=
 levels of visibility where employees and managers can see workflows they=
 own while admins have complete visibility=2C helping with task management=

New task type: Upload documents

A new workflow task type allows employees to upload documents into specifi=
c document categories. This can be used to collect important documents dur=
ing onboarding (like offer letters or visa documents) or throughout employ=
ment.

Workflow categories

We=E2=80=99ve added workflow categories to help you organize your workflow=
s better. Admins can now easily group and structure workflows=2C making th=
em simpler to manage and navigate.

Document Management

Bulk document upload improvements

A new bulk document import feature lets admins automatically map and categ=
orize documents to user profiles=2C making document management faster and=
 easier for both admins and employees.

Document categories

Admins can now create custom document categories and organize files on use=
r profiles accordingly. This allows for more effective document organizati=
on and makes it easier for employees to find their files.

Redesign the user documents tab

We redesigned the user documents tab to improve document organization with=
 categories and better search capabilities. The update adds signature stat=
us tracking=2C admin visibility controls=2C and lets users view documents=
 they=E2=80=99ve signed as a signatory for others.

Platform

Employee sections and attributes improvements

You can now manage employee attributes with more flexibility: rename defau=
lt sections=2C delete empty default sections=2C and move attributes betwee=
n sections.

Member display in different team types

Admins can now view team members across all organizational units=2C includ=
ing teams=2C departments=2C business units=2C divisions=2C and cost center=
s.
