DATEV Integrations Add-on (LODAS and Lohn und Gehalt)

Manual payroll management is time-consuming and error-prone=2C with HR pro=
fessionals struggling to transfer data between systems while maintaining c=
ompliance. Our new DATEV integration=2C an add-on available to Core HR=2C=
 automates these processes through seamless data exports=2C efficient docu=

Use DATEV ID to bulk import

Admins can now bulk import documents and map them to user profiles using D=
ATEV ID as the unique identifier. This feature is particularly useful for=

Reviews

Calibration improvements

We=E2=80=99ve made several improvements to calibration: Even if you use di=
fferent scales in a review=2C you can now calibrate any of them directly v=
ia review analytics. We have also improved the usage of saved filters for=
 review analytics.

Surveys

Notify survey owners + managers when a survey round is over

To improve timely engagement with survey results (and adequate action plan=
ning for teams)=2C survey owners and managers with visibility group access=
 now receive a notification 24 hours after a survey round ends=2C informin=
g them that results are ready and encouraging them to review the findings.

Learning

Live training approvals

We=E2=80=99ve added an approval process for live training requests to ensu=
re cost control and training relevance. Admins can enable approval require=
ments for specific training elements. When employees book these trainings=
=2C requests go through an approval workflow=2C streamlining the process w=
hile maintaining oversight of training expenses. As with other approval fl=
ows=2C you benefit from the flexibility of our multi-step approval flow bu=
ilder.

Cancellation info on the attendance list

When employees cancel booked training=2C their details=E2=80=94including n=
ame and cancellation date=E2=80=94remain on the attendance sheet for track=
ing and budget management. This information is automatically cleared if th=
ey rebook the training.

Document Management

Document visibility based on access roles

Document access is now managed at the category level=2C where super-admins=
 can assign specific access roles for document actions=2C such as uploadin=
g=2C viewing=2C or deleting documents. New documents automatically inherit=
 permissions from their category=2C streamlining access management while m=
aintaining security.

Create documents via workflows and send them for signatures.

Through the workflow builder=2C you can now fully automate the document cr=
eation and signature process. This allows automatic document generation an=
d e-signature collection=2C streamlining and automating processes like onb=
oarding=2C quota contract addendum creation=2C etc.

Workflows

Workflow Webhook Integrations

Teams need to connect Leapsome actions with other software in their tool s=
tack in real time rather than through manual workarounds. Our new webhook=
 integrations enable automatic data exchange between Leapsome workflows an=
d external platforms through three key features:

1. Incoming webhooks: Start workflows by calling a URL and specifying user=
 emails
2. Outbound webhooks: Send workflow data to external systems (e.g.=2C abse=
nce requests=2C profile changes)
3. External input pausing: Workflows can wait for incoming webhook calls b=
efore continuing

This feature opens up an entire realm of exciting cross-platform functiona=
lities - we=E2=80=99re just getting started here!

Platform

Preferred Name

Employees can now set a preferred name for platform-wide identification=2C=
 ensuring they are addressed as they prefer during feedback and other inte=
ractions. Legal names remain visible in the compensation and payroll secti=
ons for compliance purposes.

Calculated user attributes

We=E2=80=99re introducing calculated user attributes that automatically up=
date based on time or changes in underlying factors. This feature calculat=
es attributes like age=2C tenure=2C FTE equivalent=2C and effective salary=
 in real-time=2C eliminating manual updates and ensuring data accuracy. Wh=
ile the platform currently only supports predefined calculated attributes=
=2C we will soon also support custom calculations.

Additional managers & HRBP in approval flow

Any approval flow can now be extended to include additional managers or an=
 HRBP=2C allowing for streamlined approvals=2C even in complex reporting s=
tructures.

Languages

As Leapsome=E2=80=99s global reach expands=2C we=E2=80=99ve tackled the lo=
calization challenge by scaling up our translation capabilities. The entir=
e platform is now available in 17 languages (with many more languages avai=
lable for our best-practice survey question library).
