rrier=E2=80=94it=E2=80=99s a superpower.

I launched my VA business=2C RocketGirl Solutions=2C at 50. That was over=
 a decade ago=2C and if I had to start again today at 64? No hesitation. I=
=E2=80=99d do it in a heartbeat.

And I wouldn=E2=80=99t be alone. I=E2=80=99ve had students in their 40s=2C=
 50s=2C 60s=E2=80=94even 70s=E2=80=94launch and grow thriving VA businesse=
s.

Why? Because becoming a Virtual Assistant isn=E2=80=99t about being the yo=
ungest=2C fastest=2C or most tech-savvy person in the room. It=E2=80=99s a=
bout being reliable=2C resourceful=2C and ready to learn.

Back when I was job hunting in 2010=2C I quickly realized things had chang=
ed=E2=80=94and so had I. I didn=E2=80=99t want to ask permission to take t=
ime off. I didn=E2=80=99t want to be told how much I could earn. I wanted=
 freedom=2C flexibility=2C and a life that worked for me=2C not the other=
 way around.

And I found that as a Virtual Assistant.

Here=E2=80=99s the truth: you don=E2=80=99t need to be a tech wizard. You=
 don=E2=80=99t need a corporate background or a perfect r=C3=A9sum=C3=A9.=
 You just need a willingness to learn=2C a can-do attitude=2C and the life=
 experience that most clients crave but don=E2=80=99t know how to ask for.

Think about it=E2=80=94your ability to manage details=2C communicate clear=
ly=2C and follow through on your word? That=E2=80=99s gold to a busy busin=
ess owner.

So if you=E2=80=99ve been sitting on the sidelines=2C unsure whether it=E2=
=80=99s =E2=80=9Ctoo late=E2=80=9D to get started=2C I want to encourage y=
ou: you=E2=80=99re right on time.

This is a career that grows with you=2C fits your life=2C and rewards matu=
rity=2C focus=2C and commitment. You get to choose your clients=2C set you=
r rates=2C and build a business that reflects your values and lifestyle.

Starting something new can feel intimidating. But every successful VA I kn=
ow=E2=80=94including me=E2=80=94started out unsure.

And every single one is glad they took the leap.

So go ahead=E2=80=94rewrite the story you=E2=80=99ve been telling yourself=
